Height advantage
Last week I spent the day shooting one of Commonwealth Bank's buildings out at Sydney Olympic Park. Because of its location it was a challenge to get a view showing the building in context to its surroundings. I was keen to get a vantage point to shoot the building from a distance over the top of the railway station canopy. My only option was a tower crane on an adjacent building site. After a bit on negotiation with the site manager, I was given permission to climb the tower once the shift had finished for the day. It was blowing a gale and I was loosing light, but managed to capture a few frames following a rapid ascent of the tower crane. If you don't ask, you don't get!

Great angle! It's often tough to find a good elevation for architectural photography, improvisation is the order of the day.
